During this ceremony, we will be tapping into the healing energies of this month’s Full Hunter Moon. Full moon energy helps us to get really clear with our intentions, helps us to manifest our goals and find new direction and clarity. It gives us an opportunity to pause and take inventory of the experiences we have been manifesting, what’s going well in our lives and what is not. The full moon is a wonderful opportunity to let go of those beliefs, habits and aspects of our lives that are no longer serving us so that we can make space for more positive experiences, developing healthier habits and strengthening our relationships with others and also with ourselves.
Some of the benefits of sound therapy include:
lower stress levels
fewer mood swings
lower blood pressure
lower cholesterol
improved sleep
improved clarity and focus
Over the years, sound healing has also been used to treat a number of conditions including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, autism, and dementia.
Sound frequency is the base and foundation of all creation, connection, being and living. Sound is frequency and vibration that makes up our entire existence. Everything physical has a resonance that also resonantes with the sounds around us. Therefore, the sounds we listen to has an impact on our mind, soul ande body.
Join us for this immersive and interactive light language sound meditation as Rev. Danielle Morningstar leads you into a meditative state with guided imagery, harmonic light language singing and toning, as well as an array of singing bowls, tuning forks and other sound healing instruments!
To make the most of your experience:
Wear loose, comfortable clothes
Bring a mat, pillow and/or blankets to make yourself comfortable (most participants prefer to lay on the floor during meditation, but chair seating is also available)
Bring a bottled water to keep yourself hydrated
Bring a journal
What Others Are Saying…
“What a beautiful experience! Danielle has the voice of an Angel, and her hand at singing bowls and other instruments is other worldly. She also holds space in a truly authentic way, happy to hear what each persons experience is and keeping it a safe container. Looking forward to the next time. “
