Using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and vocal toning, we’ll move through all seven chakras, allowing sound vibrations to dissolve tension, restore balance, and create space for new energy to flow. Each tone and frequency is carefully tuned to support renewal, helping you release what no longer serves you and step into spring feeling lighter, clearer, and more in alignment.
