The potent energy of January’s Full Wolf moon is the perfect time to realign ourselves and our connection with the universe.This month, our journey begins with a gentle,restorative yoga practice led by Om in the Valleybefore flowing into an extended sound savasana led by Danielle. During this sound meditation, you will be guided into a meditative state with visualization and breathwork, harmonic light language singing and toning, as well as a symphony of singing bowls, tuning forks and other sound healing instruments.
